I absolutely love this gym! I have been coming for awhile now with a group of friends - we always start our Mondays at Sculpt (our fav class is KB HIIT). No matter what class I take at Sculpt - I know I am guaranteed to get an amazing work out. It always HURTS SO GOOD the next few days! Having done CrossFit prior, I wasn't sure what to expect. Took an intro class yesterday and I loved it. The biggest difference between Sculpt and CrossFit is the focus on form. The small class allows the instructor to provide individual instruction to help avoid injuries. This is huge. In this class, we got a great workout in. Overall I loved it and am looking forward to the next class.
Luke Wilson has been at the forefront of the fitness industry for over 15 years. He started his fitness career in 2001 in Santa Barbara, California, and in 2011, opened his first gym, PUSH in San Francisco. Luke opened his second gym, Swing Kettlebell School in 2016 and in 2020 opened SCULPT.
Luke earned a BS in Kinesiology and is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CSCS, retained certifications in HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Training), RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) Level 1 and 2, functional strength trainer, yoga instructor, boxing instructor, trigger-point therapist and myofascial release practitioner.
Heather Parks, a former collegiate distance and track athlete, has had a lifetime passion for fitness and recreation. With over five years experience and named San Francisco’s Most Inspirational Trainer in 2017 by Equinox, Heather achieved her Personal Trainer Certification in 2012 along with becoming a Tier 3+ Trainer at Equinox (San Francisco).Heather has a B.S. from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a graduate from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). Her other certifications include Kettlebell Athletics L1 Coach, TRX and ViPR, Pre-Post Natal and Precision Nutrition L1.
